A home inspection is a professional service that is meant to determine the current overall condition of a home. I will check your property through a visual and physical inspection of accessible features. A home inspection does not focus on building code, décor, or design issues but the functionality of your home.
Please take note that the State of California does not issue a Home Inspector License. The service should be provided by a Certified Professional Home Inspector.
Commonly, inspections are usually done during a real estate transaction. However, it may be done anytime. It is recommended that your home is inspected at least once every 2-4 years to help you keep up with your home’s maintenance.
At the time of inspection, I will show you how your house performs under normal conditions.

What a Home Inspection Is Not
What a Home Inspection Is Not
In California, a home inspector does not perform any invasive and destructive acts. These include cutting into walls, removing electrical panels, outlets, or covers, inspecting using plumbing scopes, etc.
Home inspections are not intended to identify concealed defects. I cannot see under carpets, in walls, down pipes, and the like. During home inspections, I can’t look at and review your property’s code or design. Additionally, home inspections cannot provide you with an insurance policy, guarantee, or warranty on your home.
Moreover, a home inspection is not intended to predict the future performance or life expectancy of your home. It also does not function as an environmental review or an energy audit.

Home inspections are priced individually, and my rate is based on three basic things, square footage of your home, the age of your home, and your geographic location.
